2 year old fell out of bed for anxiety so I am worried HELP!

So I have really bad hay fever my 2 year old was sleeping with me in my bed as husband is on a late shift I got up to go to the kitchen he has never fell out of bed before I was in the kitchen and hear a thud I go back running and it’s my baby on the floor crying I picked him up he calmed down after 2-3 minutes I touched like his arms and legs but he didn’t feel any pain he was awake for 5-10 mins and now he’s sleeping fine. I have anxiety so I am just worried now! Would he be fine do I need to worried?

He's 2, not a newborn, he'll be fine.

Are you getting any help for your anxiety?

he seems fine aswell just got me so worried.
yes I am getting therapy for it I am much better then before tbh but worry kicks in sometimes specially when I am alone with him 😩

He will be fine. Probably the shock that made him cry rather than anything else.

He will be absolutely fine, hel have bigger falls in the park. It’s a shock but it’s not a big deal, they all fall out of bed at some point.

Thank you for the reply he does seem fine he’s gone back to sleep now. Scared me so much specially when I am alone with him 😩
