12 month old blue lips

My 12mo has blue lips today. He had his 1 year jabs yesterday. He seems otherwise well, although his chest does feel warm but he doesn’t have a temp when I do both of his ears. He is eating and drinking normally but seems a little sad and cuddly. He had bronchiolitis at 3mo which required ventilation but he’s made a full recovery. Should I be worried?

We have been discharged. After he was admitted his sats went back to normal and he was right as rain. They’ve put the temp & high heart rate down to the jabs which is understandable, but they’ve also tried to explain away the blue lips by saying that can be a side effect of the MMR vaccine too. Something about vasodilation…? Does that sound right or should I be pushing a bit harder for an answer? We’re at home now.

I think I'd be happy with that explanation at this point and just keep an eye on him and take him straight back with any hint of symptoms.
