Just a little post to put myself out there,

Basically I have a 10 year old and I've just had my little girl this year. She is 4 months old. I'm desperate to meet new people and to socialise. I feel so lonely and isolated at the moment. I forgot how lonely having a baby could be. I obviously also want my daughter to meet other babies and have a social life herself?

Hi, I’m not in your area but seeing as you’ve had no response yet just wanted to bump.
Have you tried going to any mum groups? My DD is also 4 months and I’ve found ones that are specifically for under ones to be the best way to meet other parents as you’re all at similar stages.

Peanut and mush are apps for meeting mum friends locally which are worth checking out, bumble bff too although it's not mum specific. All the best with meeting your people.

There are local sections on MN too, maybe try posting there as well? Also a lot of areas have a parent and child Facebook group that could be a great start.

Are there any parent and toddler groups nearby or council run centres with classes you could attend?
