Should I be worried about this cut on 1 year olds head?

My 1 year old DS fell off the bed last night (I feel soo terrible about it 😣). I brought him in with me because he was teething badly and wouldn't settle without me. I put him on the right side of me where I lined up pillows to stop him rolling out but he must have crawled over me and ended up on the other side because I woke up to him on the floor crying 😢. He hit his head on an extension lead that I have next to the bed. He cried for maybe a minute and then was fine and I didn't notice he had a cut until the morning. He seems absolutely fine in himself but I just wanted a opinion from others because it's his head, to see if this cut seems like anything to worry about/should be checked out?

Also, just realised it is kind of hard to tell from the photo but it isn't at all a deep cut, more of a scraze with redness s surrounding it

www.nhs.uk/conditions/head-injury-and-concussion/

It looks like a graze, long as he isn't vomiting, crying a lot more, can't stay awake etc he'll be fine just keep an eye.

I've linked NHS things to look for

Yes it looks like a graze rather than a cut. If they are their usual self , then I'd say nothing to worry about .
For the future , could you push your bed against a wall and have them that side .
