How to dress baby for sleep tonight!

Just that really, DS is 5 months and in his own room (no judgment please..it suits him and us). He normally sleeps in a sleeping bag and vest. Last night when it wasn't as hot as tonight will be he was in a 0.5 tog bag with a short sleeved vest. What do people suggest for tonight? He also has a fan in his room though it isn't pointed at him and is there to circulate the air. I know you get guidance online about sleeping bags but some are conflicting and would appreciate some real mum experience advice. Thanks!

Mines just in a short sleeved body. It's 28 degrees in her room poor thing! I thought about Just a nappy but presume the room will cool a bit during the night.... hopefully

Whats the temp in their room? It’s on 21c in my kids rooms tonight.

I used to go with just a sleep suit or just a nappy in a sleep sack. If he’s still waking at through the night I would plan to add something in the early hours - sleep sack if a just a sleep suit or a light cardigan if in a sleep sack. It’s a bugger when the temperature drops and wakes them up for the day.

Thank you for posting this, I've been wondering the same. Last night we used a 1 tog bag and short sleeved vest but tonight is hotter. I might try nappy plus 1 tog bag. I'm not in the hottest part of the country.

Room is around 24/25 degrees though our bt monitor always tells us its at least 2 degrees hotter than our room thermometer does so who knows!
