Pudding - low fat

Help please. My kids expect a pudding every night. I'm not a pudding person so I always forget and they end up eating ice creams their Dad has bought. I really need ideas for lower fat more healthy puddings that are easy as I'm a terrible cook! Thank you.

No sugar jelly .. if feeling extravagant put some fruit in it before it sets

Chopped up fruit with Nutella to dip it in

Mine get a “pudding” but usually it’s just a small chocolate or a single sweet. Tiny.

Yoghurt and fruit would be better, but they would not be happy with that! I’m working on it…

Tofu chocolate mousse. Trust me sounds weird but is seriously good.

Thank you for the ideas. Jelly, excellent! They won't touch plain yogurt but maybe I could try with fruit to dip, good idea! Nutella - yes. I like the single sweet too, better than a whole ice cream at least.

For kids you shouldn't worry about low fat in fact you should actively avoid it!

It's the sugar that's a killer so Greek yoghurt with fruit / syrup is a good option and also tends to have quite long dates on it.
