Hi all,

So my 7 month old baby boy has suddenly got two teeth coming through. They have broken the surface as you can see them poking through and if you feel along his bottom gum you can feel the teeth edges. They seem to be moving further up everyday.

I'm just a a bit surprised and I will probably jinx us but he hasn't showed any teething signs yet apart from actual teeth. There's been no fussiness, he still sleeps through for his 12 hours without waking at night and he's very smiley. I'm just paranoid crapping my pants that it's going to go tits up very soon as ive heard horror stories.

Did any babies here not suffer with teething?

My DS is almost 1 and has about 8 teeth, non of the front ones bothered him at all. Sometimes he’d hold his mouth but that’s all

IME (3dc) the molars are worse for them.

Enjoy it while the going's good

Our 7 month old is teething and there's no difference in her behaviour. She's cranky and sleeps badly irrespective of what's happening 😆

If you have a 7 month old who sleeps for 12 hours you already have a unicorn child.

My first showed my signs of teething. My second more than made up for it, their first tooth came really late and we knew about every single one coming well in advance!

DD was entirely unbothered by teething at any point. Never made her grouchy, never a temp, never affected her sleep, never showed any signs of being in pain or reluctant to eat. She had four at once coming in at one point and I had no idea until I saw them poking through!

My nearly 7 month old has two teeth just broken through. Omg do we know about it. They won't sleep, refuse to even be put down. All they do is cry, nothing seems to be working.

I know we're very lucky. He sleep 630pm to 7am right through. I'm sure the 2nd will be a demon child 😳😳😳

I'm sorry that sounds awful, that is what I'm afraid will happen. I hope things get easier for you all soon 💐
