Sudden change in baby poo - jelly like green poo

Sorry for the attached images but my baby has had a sudden change in how his nappies look. He is 13 weeks old and exclusively breastfed.

Before his nappies were a mustard yellow colour and had bits (picture attached) and now they have gone slimey and jelly like and bright yellow or green in colour (green picture attached)

why is this? Please help!!

Has he recently had any vaccinations? That can sometimes give funny poo. This type of poo is pretty common in BF babies though as the milk moves through very quickly and basically gathers some of the lubricant from the intestines on the way out. Unless he seems in discomfort or it continues for a few days I wouldn't worry.

No it’s been 4 weeks since last vaccines.

My first dd used to get funny green nappies when I ate garlic (bf)! Took ages to work out what caused it. Also wind can cause them to go a bit greeny. Should go back to normal pretty quickly but if it happens regularly you could try keeping a food diary of what you are eating.
