Rash on baby skin (photo)

Hi,
My 7mo has developed a bumpy rash over her cheeks over the last fortnight. Looks like tiny red pimples. These are starting to spread to her arms and legs.

anyone seen anything like this? Doesn’t seem to be dry or bothering her, but looks quite red

Very hard to tell from the pic, but if it’s been spreading for two weeks, I’d get her checked out by the GP. I’d also call for advice right away if the rash is associated with any fever. Hopefully it’s just one of those minor things that we class in our family as “benign toddleritis”!

My son reacts just like this to suntan lotion. Any new products being used.

@legalseagull We did get a new laundry detergent, but stopped using it as soon as the rash turned up. I wasn’t sure if it could be that. Did your sons rash go down after you stopped using the product?

No it took about a week. It went from shiny small bumps (almost looked like a burn but spotty) to going a bit dry and then healing
