Tips on birthday present for a 13 year old girl?

Hi there.

Any tips on a nice present?

I don't know much about her and don't really want to ask her mum because I want to make it a surprise.

I just remember she likes reading.

Any advice please?

What was your favourite book when you were 11? You could get a copy of that with a note saying it was your favourite.

For my DD I got her clothes, Primark voucher, crystal lamp, galaxy projector, makeup, chocolate.....

Lego flowers, there's a thread going on about them now. I second a primark voucher. Sea monkeys for a bit of fun. Perfume and soap making sets or pottery making set. Trip to Alton towers.

My daughter and her friends are all very into reading at this age. Book vouchers go down very well currently.
