3 month squirms, wriggles all night long

My 3 month old baby boy has always been an amazing sleeper. Would go down to bed at 9 and then sleep for 3-4 hours, wake to feed and then do another 3 hours.

But now he is squirming and kicking and wriggling all night long and making noises. His eyes are closed so I assume he is still asleep but I can’t seem to stop it. He keeps me awake and then his night feeds aren’t great as he isn’t relaxed.

He is now on omperzole for reflux and is exclusively breastfed. He has a serious heart condition so he has to sleep in our room in beside me bed.

Any advice as to why this is happening or how to help?

Babies are loud sleepers and they go through weird phases, it could be that the reflux is making him a little uncomfy so he's not as settled.

Earplugs are your friends here.
