When is bedtime and how much day sleep does your baby get?

When baby was having 1 hour day sleep (I know it wasn't enough - his choice, not mine!), we had a 7pm bedtime. He has started sleeping longer during the day so I'd like to try and push to 7:30 to fit with our schedules better.

He's 11 month now and has been going to bed at 7/7:30 since he was 6 months. He sleeps until 6/6:30. Generally has one nap for a hr and a half and another for 30/40.

11m goes to sleep 8pm ish. Wakes for the day around 7.30am, still wakes overnight and usually has a morning feed around 5am but goes back to sleep.

Naps for around 2.5hrs at 12.30.

About 8, sometimes half but sleeps until 8/am. I prefer the slightly later morning as I’m still on mat leave.
