rash on toddlers face

Worried about my 2 year olds rash on his face, he has it on both cheeks and a little bit on his arms. No temp but was unwell a few days ago and it’s been since then. We’re abroad so not sure I’d heat rash

Any advice ?

Wouldnt take a risk with a child. I hope you've called 111 and got some medical advice 🙂
