I am a bit confused by the instructions. Can you use it before every feed? Sometimes my DS will want to feed again in an hour - is it ok to use again?

Think so, I always did

yes thats right hun, you use it every time they feed, or at least I always did, no matter how frequent

omn their website they say Infacol can be used as often as required, before each and every feed regardless of how many times you feed your baby during the day. Infacol's active ingredient, simethicone, does not get absorbed into your baby's body.

You can double check here
