Baby with covid - help

Hey all,

my poor little DD (11 weeks old) has tested positive for covid.. me and my partner have both tested positive within the last 4/5 days. We feel terrible.

we only tested her as she was more sleepier and fussier than usual.

just wanting positive stories with anyone who has also had a newborn with covid and that they were all OK… I am so worried!!!

Not a newborn but mine had it at 8 months. He had a fever for a few days, off his food and was extra sleepy, but apart from that no drama.

DD got it on day 2 of her life. Runny nose and a bit congested, made zero difference to her as far as I could tell.

Also not a newborn but ds recently had it at 5 months. Just a little fever for a couple of days, which came down with calpol. Seemed to affect him much less than it did me.
