CSA - Will I get anything?

Hi,

I have 2 young children and split with my ex.

He is on universal credit standard allowance plus the limited capability for work component as he has a disability which prevents him from working.

He also gets PIP benefit.

He has the eldest child 2-3x over night per week.

Will I get any CSA? I did the calculator online and said no. But doesn't incorporate the limited capability component?

Thanks!

No entitlement if NRP only income is UC

No cms doesn’t include disability benefit that is not counted for cm. as he has them 2/3 nights a week doubt you will even get the £7 standard rate.

You won't get any if the information you've posted is correct.

If this makes things difficult for you, would he be able to have the DCs more?

It's just one of the children he has overnight, as our youngest, he doesn't have anywhere for him to sleep as its not his house.

You might get about £7 a week, that's what I got from my ex when he was on UC. They cant take more than this.

Did he have them overnight at all? If so how many nights and did you tell the CSA about it?

You said you put it into the calculator and it said he didn’t have to pay so I imagine that is right, speaking from experience no they don’t take pip into consideration like I said your question was asking about pip but that is disregarded by cms.
