My 1 year old was off his food this morning and had a large vomit. He's then been ok with 2 bottles and some bland snacks since. He's just had some dinner and been sick again. Please tell me this could be something other than a stomach bug that I could catch??
We've all had so many bugs in the last couple of months I don't think I can face much else.
He's not been in nursery to catch something there. His nappies are normal and he doesn't have a temperature, he's just off his food and had these 2 vomits.

Help please x

My lo (17 month old) going through the same thing today!
Shes been fine in herself but can't keep her food down, has been sick a few times today.
There is sickness bugs going around, since my lo started going to childminders shes had colds, chicken pox now sickness seems never ending doesn't it!
Felt bad having to call my manager this afternoon to say I won't be in again for a couple of days (luckily I can work from home) but unfortunately illnesses happen and we have to ride it out and I'm lucky I have an understanding manager but it can't be helped
I know this isn't any advise but just a
"I know how you feel" message
