Should I keep my 2 year old on same schedule with time difference

We are taking our 2 year old to Dubai in a couple days.

it is 3 hours forward there. She normally sleeps broadly 7-7. Should I go with the time difference and aim to have her sleep 10-10?

never been abroad with a toddler before and really nervous. Any experiences welcome.

My son (2.5) has been to a country with a two hour time difference four or five times, and every time he's adjusted to local time within 2 nights. Not sure if the extra hour would make a big difference, but if you're going for any longer than three or four days I'd move them to local

I would. Whenever we have been abroad with DS we've stayed on British time for him.

I always switched to local time else it's a pain to get meals and visit things. Eating at the "correct" time is supposed to be the best way to get over jet lag.
