Increase in dirty nappies and slimy poo!

My daughter is just over 4 months old and is exclusively breastfed. She’s always had runny mustard poos which are seedy, sometimes they are more watery and other times less so but always a good yellow colour and I’ve never been concerned about them.
Over the past four days, she’s had more dirty nappies than usual and I would say that these have been more watery without seeds, sometimes green, sometimes mustardy, and seem mucousy and slimy sometimes too. She’s even started pooing overnight again!
I took her to the GP as she also had a cold and her voice had gone raspy so she said the diarrhoea like nappies are probably viral and linked to the respiratory infection.
Just wondering if anyone knows how long I can expect these nappies to last? She’s completely fine otherwise; congestion gone and voice back to normal and she’s a very happy little girl. Doesn’t seem uncomfortable at all!
Thank you!
