3 year hasn't peed

Hi my 3 year hasn't went for a pee in over 12 hours now. She was at daycare yesterday and drinks loads she came home didn't pee and didn't through the night. She woke up for drinks of water so that's more fluid intake. So woke at 5am this morning and hasn't been and then she has vomited twice up pure water and yellow stomach bile. She's fully potty trained and is very good at going and she would pee a good amount cause she loves drinking water.

A&E. anything over 12 hours for a 3 year old needs investigating

Thank you appreciate your time to reply. I'll get onto someone now and see what they say. Just wanted advise as doctors here are good at making you feel stupid and like your a mental mum

She needs medical advice. I'd call 111 before a&e - because you don't want to sit in a&e with a vomiting child if you don't have to!

Keep giving her little sips of water (or better, dialoryte or strong squash) and encourage her to go to the loo.

Is she refusing to try?

Isaidnoalready.. no she isn't refusing she just isn't going. She would be good at going on her own and since she hasn't been going I've been taking her up and setting her on and she says I don't need.( she 3 nearly 4 so communication is good)

Has she weed yet? Have you asked to go and have a try?
