CMPA Elimination- when did you see a difference

I’m exclusively BFeeding DD and I’m trialling to see if she has a dairy allergy by cutting all dairy and soya from my diet. This is based on slow weight gain, eczema, mucousy stools, and fussy feeds with seemingly some silent reflux (no apparent pain in the day or night but clear moments of gagging and swallowing)
I’m just curious to know if similar situations and how long it took to see a difference in baby? I know it can take a few weeks but I’m curious to know others experiences as I’m not really seeing a difference after one week so far

I think it takes at least a week. With DD2, I didn't really see a difference in symptoms by cutting dairy, in the sense that she was still not right, but she was definitely worse if I had dairy, IYSWIM

It took about a week and a half for us for me to notice a difference. It's hard OP but if it's a CMPA it's definitely worth it and you will eventually notice a difference! Good luck!

3 weeks I saw some improvement but it took a few more weeks for me to discover the Breastfeeding Network guidance which says also cut out egg! Then there was a big difference (main thing we noticed was skin). Me and my partner both had CMPA and egg allergy as kids though so it was high likelihood. Now 19 months and challenging again with very mild reactions but told that's normal and to keep challenging. Good luck!

They did some prick test on DD2, I had to cut dairy, wheat, poultry (meat and eggs), citrus and tomatoes.
