I've just a newsfeed and I am new here but my concerns are similar to someone who has been woken early and worrying about their children's lack of sleep due to a neighbours dog walks. I have a a neighbour who has continuously woken me with banging, door slamming early in the mornings but it's their teenage children i'm worried about. They are left on their games from the moment they get out of school till late evening with lots of swearing.
This happened for months last year where my son ended up using the log cabin to sleep in all over the summer because of the noise through his bedroom wall.
Their mum goes off with her boyfriend whilst he works delivering goods. If she has been at home she leaves as soon as the boys get home and the dogs...they have three between them and they are left all day , they barely get taken out. They stay up in the bedroom away from the dogs. It's just plain cruel. I think i've seen them go out a handful of times in the past 6 months. I end up going to bed worrying about it. To make matters worse she worked for the NFDC ( still using her voice for all of their answerphone messages) and would constantly write letters about me . I even had my son help me put a fence up because she would complain of brambles etc after cutting down my shrubs. I have got lots of evidence. She ended up asking the council to ask me to weed her side of the fence which I had requested a chainlink fence not to be put between the two gardens as was going to put fence panels up. I don't think the council will ever take me seriously because they know her and I have tried to contact NSPCA but they say that there is so much on their system that it will be a long wait.
