I’m really struggling with this at the moment… I have a 1 year old and a 3 year old who generally sleep well at night but my oldest will often call out in the night as she’s had a bad dream. It doesn’t take much to resettle her & she will go back to sleep relatively quickly…however I don’t! Tonight she woke at 2am & I just couldn’t get back off to sleep. The more I tried the more wired I could feel myself becoming! And just as I felt ready to drift off to sleep , my 1 year old who is an early riser has just woken! And I have a long day at work….
does anyone else have this problem where your children are sleeping soundly but you can’t? Afternoons at work have become a real struggle as I just feel so tired… would welcome any falling back to sleep tips….TIA
