Making mam friends in Sunderland

Help! I’m 26 years old with a 10 month old and don’t have mam friends and struggling to get out the house? Anyone in the same position?

Have you tried the meet up apps? Mush and peanut - I think! Also try asking on local parenting Facebook groups.

Do you have Facebook? If you do, follow “sunderland family centres”. They do free classes such a time for rhyme, baby massage etc and they are always a good place to get chatting to other mams. I also spotted an advert on Facebook for a mums on the move group, I will try to upload a pic for you so you can see the details …
