Using infacol for newborn?

Hello everyone! I have started using infacol for my 2 week old baby yesterday after doing a lot of research online. Online it said it is totally fine to use from birth onwards. Today my Baby has diarrhoea and I called the gp and told them about the infacol and she said it should be used a bit later on. Now I am concerned? Have I done something wrong? Was it too early to start infacol??🥺🥺🥺

No, I'm pretty sure it's safe from birth.

I used infacol when my wee boy was little, it helped so much with colic x

You're fine - infacol is fine to use from birth.

It’s fine from birth. Hopefully the two issues aren’t connected.

I used it from about a week old. It's really good for helping babies. Although the older they get the wind that comes out is crazy🙈😂💨there was genuinely times I wasn't sure if it was my husband or baby, I was sure a baby couldn't make that much noise😂😂

Oh I did notice today that she is 💨 a lot! Does that mean that infacol is helping?

I used infacol on my baby and stopped when she was 3 months and she didn't need it any more. Used from a week old. No issues.
