Toilet accidents

My DD is 5 and was potty trained pretty easily at 2 years old. We have gone through several times when she has frequent accidents and we are in another phase of this now. She's had 2 at school in the last week.
Is this normal? What do you do? How can you try and stop this happening?
She knows when she has to go but just sometimes, doesn't.
Help a mumma out! I'm about to potty train my younger one and I'm not sure I can manage this with two!!
TIA

If she knows when she needs to go but sometimes doesn't, I think you need to incentivise going. So, if she has an accident, you don't admonish, but get her to do her own cleanup. So she has to stop what she's doing, put her clothes in the washer, wipe the floor and get in the shower. Not in a mean, punishment way, in a "oh you did X now we have to do y and z" sort of way. After a few go rounds of that she'll realise it's a pain in the arse and start going to the toilet again.
