Spots on 11 month old face?

Picture inserted. He has had those spots on face arms and legs for months, spoke to gp and they shrugged me off. Anyone else knows what this is?
is this baby eczema? Or baby acne? Don’t think it’s allergy as it’s been months he has had this. Not on chest or back though .

With eczema you can get something that's called molloscum that can look a little like that, it goes on its own but can take time.

I think you can get that on its own without having usual eczema as well.

it just went on it’s own even though he has the odd spot here and there :)
