Recommendations for a lightweight stroller I can use one handed!

I need to be able to hold DS3 hand/dog leads. All the umbrella type ones are useless to steer one handed.

I like a fairly plain design, smart looking and relatively sturdy wheels but folds neatly and is light. Also must have a catch to adjust the recline not a pulley strap. Can anyone help??
