Hi my twins were refereed when they weren't walking at 18m. The paediatrician gavr them a general examination to see if the stood, how much support they needed and how they moved and took a history of any healthy issues and other milestones, weight and height etc. They were then diagnosed with hypermobility and he reffered them to physio. They also got specialist footwear (google Piedro boots they do have some funky ones and they got them on the nhs). After a few months they were both walking (23 months and 2)
