Hi guys! Ok so I need opinions help what to do, I am currently living in a council house in a lovely town but my neighbour is bad news, a bad egg if u must! Anyways im really considering moving because of the commosion there causing, so I have recently put in for a transfer with the council but they want me to put a formal complaint against the family I however am very reluctant to do this because of the trouble it could start for me, but recently things have started settling down I've started thinking of staying in my house ..... Basically I just don't know should I push for a transfer out of here or should I just stay put this is my home im so confused what to do
