We moved house a couple of weeks ago, and ever since my toddler hates their cot! 18 month old.
As soon as you put them in (to pop to the toilet/go get something, etc) they stand and scream! Then get so worked up until you get back. Even if you're gone like a minute and leave toys in there.
Nighttime and naps we wait til they fall asleep on us (always have), but they've started waking once in the night and need to be resettled since we moved.
Anyone had similar and found a way past this? Any tips?
The bedroom furniture (and cot) is the same as the previous house, but it is of course decorated differently. We will be redecorating soon but can't just yet.
