Such a good question! The NHS says until at least 12 months old. My baby is 10 months, and we still sterilise hus bottles but it seems a bit pointless when he is constantly putting things in his mouth and we dont sterillise his weaning bits?! I have often thought to just stop bothering so will be interested in what others say x

If you have a dishwasher probably 12 months.

We always sterilised when used for formula. Didn't bother sterilising for water after 6 months.

Think they should be sterilised up until you stop using formula, but we never sterisilised when they've used them for water etc
