Constipation/trapped wind/colic??? Help!

My 12 day old has been on aptamil since birth with no issues, however the last couple of days when trying to ribs her after a feed she tenses up and just looks very uncomfortable.
She very rarely poos in her happy, if she does it’s just a very small amount, she waits until I take her nappy off to change her and as soon as I lift her legs to clean her she starts pooing! So I’m not sure if she’s constipated or has trapped wind or what.
She doesn’t cry but just seems very uncomfortable after feeds, does anyone know what this could be?

Oh bless her she sounds a bit windy / uncomfy which is quite normal. Doesnt sound like colic unless she is very distressed?
I would try a bit of infacol and also cycling her legs ( sounds like this will get it moving!) Take lots of time to wind and try tummy rubs too along with leg cycling and hopefully she feels better.
May be worth checking she is on slow enough teats and not guzzling too much air. Its quite normal as she will still be getting used to milk and also her digestive system is so new too so its a bit of trial and error. A little cool boiled water is good if you think shes constipated x

My 3 week old has horrendous wind and is clearly in a lot of pain - to the point where he is refusing to eat! Does anyone know if I can give him Gripe Water? I've read that it's from 1 month but with him being 3 weeks?
We've tried Infacol but he just throws it back up! Any advice welcome!

Gripe water is great stuff for wind (I take it myself 😂). But yes it does advise from one month on the bottle. There's nothing particularly nasty in it but obviously that is the guideline.
