My child's father sees his 2.5 daughter every other weekend and once in the week for the day. He wants to move it to 50/50. I work two days a week so get to spend plenty of time with her. The problem is he works 5 days a week, he is even in his work when he collects her in the morning during the week. I assume she is just with the nanny most of the time when in his care. We have already got a custody agreement and he now wants to up contact. Is it worth proving?
He was previously abusive relationship but he has completed the courses etc
