My little girl will be 3 in September, the past week she seems to be having what can only be described as outbursts of screaming tears and anger if she can't have something or I won't let her do something such a climb on the fireplace or even something as simple as her having a green apple instead of a red one it's quite upsetting to see and I feel quite embarrassed when it happens in the shops when everyone is staring at you ,I just don't know how to help her or what to do 😔

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

They test boundaries at this age and are trying to make sense of the world ( and what they can and cannot get away with).
Ignore or distract.

I found that observing what my DS wanted and couldn't have calmed him down a lot I read about it in this blog

With my DD NOTHING calmed her and I just had to give her some pace and let the storm blow over. She grew out of it.
