Just that really… what would you consider to be “sleeping through the night”? How many hours would your child need to have slept to say they’ve slept through? Interested to know your thoughts!

I'd say for a baby 11-5. A toddler 7-7. A teen 3-3😂😂

As a baby I'd have said 11pm-6am constituted sleeping through the night.

You had a great insight into sleep patterns as a baby if you could have said that 😉

I’m a maternity nurse so I say sleeping through is from when you go to bed and baby wakes in the morning so your night isn’t disturbed

so a df at 10/11 and sleep till 6/7 so solid sleep for 7/8 hrs for you and baby

I’ve also known parents who don’t do a df and baby sleep 7/2 then feed 2/3am then wakes 6/7 and they say their baby is sleeping through 🙄😂

to me that isn’t as you are being woken up at 2/3am and sleep disturbed
