Activities for toddlers birthdays

I've got a hall booked for my childrens joint birthday party at the beginning of July, they'll be turning 1&2. We've got mostly family but with a few friends coming, there'll be about 10 kids (ages 1-3) but completely lost with what to do to keep the kids entertained.
Don't want to go down the route of hiring someone or anything like that as their attention span isn't going to be long enough for that, but obviously want them to have fun. Any suggestions?

Recently had my 2 year olds birthday party at home. With a couple of 1-3 year olds.

animal tattoos that you add with wet facecloth.
bring garden slide/ small climbing frame indoors
any ride on cars from garden
box duplo
toy kitchen and toys

basically just toys you have from home or will use again. If you don’t have any yet maybe buy a few basic garden toys like small slide, see saw, bouncy animal, pop up tent and tunnel. And then you can use for the party and then have to use yourself at home afterwards, Better investment than hiring.

You could hire a mobile soft play set rather than an entertainer? That would be ideal for that age, and mean that your own children's toys don’t all get trashed. Or else get a big bubble machine and lots of mixture, and balloons!

At that age we just brought garden toys from home and stuff that was a bit sturdier to play with. Ask family / close friends if they can bring anything too - doodle bugs, pop up tent / tunnel, wheelbarrows, ride on stuff, little tikes slide etc

Dont do bubbles indoors or it gets too slippery

Bouncy castle, trikes, ball pit.

We had our 2 year olds party last week. Hired a bouncy castle and took garden toys from home. They loved it!
