Looking for recommendations please.

Ideally something that will sit below the waist!

Too much choice online.

I've got great ones from Aldi and Lidl before. Have a look out for their children's clothing

We've gone for second hand ones from Regatta or Mountain Warehouse and been happy with them, but lots of people love the Lidl ones.

Second hand Polarn O Pyret. You’ll probably sell it on for what it cost you.

Jo Jo Maman Bebe are wonderful and waterproof. Size up to get extra use out of it.
If they are too expensive then M&S are good

What's your budget?

Got this for my then-2yo (now 3yo) and still wearing it this year. Brand is Hatley. They do boys coats too.

Jojo or P.o.p. The JoJo fisherman’s coats are excellent as are the coats with removable fleece jackets.

Somebody recommended Muddy Puddles. I'd never even heard of them before. Not cheap but nice and very good quality.

Try Little Trekkers

We have always got DD's raincoats from Mountain Warehouse. They are really waterproof & have always been in good enough condition to donate once she grew out of them after a year or so. And machine washable.

Fred&Noah - lovely independent brand and a very waterproof coat!
