Teething - help!

My 1 year old is teething again. This lot of teething has been going on for 2 weeks now. 1 lower tooth has cut through about 4 weeks ago. Had about 2 weeks of no pain and now the 2 upper and 1 lower is coming through. The poor girl is suffering.

I avoid giving her painkillers in the day and just use gels, powders or anbesol liquid but this just doesn’t work at night. For the first week I was giving her ibuprofen before bed as this would let her sleep. If I don’t give it her, she’s up every hour screaming and really unsettled. I just don’t know whether I should be giving her ibuprofen before bed until these teeth cut through or not? I have messaged my health visitor but not getting a reply because of bank holiday so just need some advice.

Or any other methods that have worked?
what did you do with your babies?

TIA

Definitely give her Ibruprofen before bed. It's the best painkiller for dental pain and by crying, she's telling you she's in pain and needs it sorting.

I'd be tempted to give her a dose before lunch as well for a few days so that she can get a decent lunch and nap.

Other things to try in the day are Dentinox Gel, homemade lollies, a cold clean wet flannel to chew on, cucumber sticks and a frozen banana.
