baby girl is awake from 3am most nights & I can see she’s struggling with her wind bless her. She isn’t particularly crying but she’s so unsettled constantly bringing her legs up & moaning, never falling back into a deep sleep even if I cuddle/rock her. Is the comfort formula any good? Should I switch to mam bottles? currently using tommee tippee ☺️

If your baby is colicky, there may be built up gas. I found that gripe water and Avol helped us with breaking down large bubbles into small ones so he could release gas easier.
Another thing that worked ever since I was a kid is a product such as Frida Windi. It's very non invasive and works wonderfully. My mom used to do that for me when I was a baby too.
Do a knees to the chest exercise. We do it to this day even though he doesn't have colic anymore. It helps him release gas.
Always feed in upright position...both breast and bottle. Burp a lot. Sit them up after feeding.
If that doesn't help, you just gotta do everything possible to soothe your babe. We rocked ours, sang, put him over out lap to put some pressure on the tummy as he feels it as comforting. Lots of contact affection. Whatever it took to get his distracted from his tummy pains.
Hope you find something that helps your little one. And thankfully it goes away quite quickly. Ours lasted maybe a couple weeks.
