Help!! 4 month old teething??

Is my 4 month old teething?
I'll start from the beginning but make it short!
My daughter has been on a vegan formula as I suspected a milk allergy around 2 months. A few weeks ago she went back on to cow and gate, and has been absolutely fine on it apart from a little wet nappies.
She is now fussing crazy at the bottle, occasionally skipping meals and not sleeping very well (but this could be hunger from not eating).
She has been a bit sicky aswel, and just in general not herself.
Is it the milk I suspected a while ago or is it teething?!?
Has anyone else had similar symptoms to my daughter?
My health visitor hasn't been very helpful she's always telling me to switch formulas, which I don't want to do as it can cause more unnecessary issues!
I'm so overwhelmed by all of this, having a 3 year old alongside this it's now driving me bonkers not having the answer and being able to help her.
She does have teething gel, which doesn't seem to be making much difference,I also tried her with her old vegan formula and she completly refused it.
Any help would be much appreciated!! Xxx

**also she has been teething from very early on so could all of this time been teething symptoms rather than a problem with the milk.

My son started teething at 2 months old hv told me he wasn't teething, but I knew my baby, when he was teething he would be sick, have some reflux as well, I have been using aptamil first formula since day one, so I knew it wasn't his milk because the way he would chew his wee hands, if your worried about it I'd visit the gp, at least you will have some peace of mind than anything x

That's really helpful Thankyou.
And did your child become very fussy with feeding? X

Yeah he would more chew the bottle rather than drink ,we managed to get teething gel which was Ashton and parsons and it would massage the gums with the applicator which helped a lot also if you wee one has dummies put them in the fridge after they have been washed and sterlsed that will make them cool and it will sooth the gums, I also gave him some calpol especially when he was really bad with it, we thought it was relfux anytime he was sick, but the more time it went on we knew it was teething, by Christmas he had two teeth.

It's also a possibility she could be going through her four month leap, I remember that one being a bit tough, baby would be extremely clingy, refuse to feed etc x

My four month old is like this, I’ve put it down to the four month leap.

Yes I've tried so many things for the teething, not a lot seems to help her.
And also I've heard of the 4 month sleep regression so maybe a mixture of the two.
I know she is still feeding enough, just a little monkey during feeding.
But this helps put my mind to rest worrying about the milk. Thankyou X

I'm thinking it is along these lines too, however she seems to be sleeping at night ok (occasionally wakes more often) but daytime naps are hit and miss.
A lot seems to be happening at once bless her. Xx

My little one had a few things happen at the time, so he would be teething, constipated, the leap and eczema, he would sleep through the night, as soon as the 4 month leap hit, he would be up every few hours, theres an app I have called the wonder weeks it tell you when the next leap is coming, explain it better in detail what happens during the leap to x

Absolutely every single mum I know thought their baby was teething at 4 months, I think it's very common for them to be fussy with everything including feeding at that age. I also thought this, but my DD did end up cutting teeth at 5 months so might have actually been teething after all in her case - absolutely could be for you too.

Hey! I’m going through the same thing now with my 4 month old. Trying to get him to finish a bottle is just impossible at the minute. How long was your little one off feed for?
