Eczema in the nappy area

Hi guys,

my toddler has been trying to rip his private area off due to eczema. Sudo cream isn’t working unfortunately. Any suggestions?

My friends baby is very sensitive skinned and used vaseline
I think sudocream can dry skin out
I use bethphan

Get some Mummys magic nappy care spray it works and is brilliant, just spray on every change and it works, nothing bad in it like petroleum or fragrance either, I bought some for chickenpox and it stopped all itch and no scarring it was brilliant xx
