Games like Elefun - fun, safe, not much talking !

Hi all
can anyone suggest any simple group games like Elefun which are good to be played with toddlers up to about 4 years of age ?
Ideally simple, fun, safe (not hungry hippos) and that can be played in a group but also where not much needs to be said as this is for a group of kids that don’t all speak the same language
