Hi, I currently have a little 13 month old child. I wasn’t with the father from been pregnant, him having no involvement. I have always tried to maintain a healthy relationship to child can see her dad. He currently doesn’t have a home living at his girlfriends mam house with another child on the way. He is requesting overnights but when he has contact he is leaving the child with his mother and not actually seeing the child and going to work. Do you think it’s unreasonable at this time to refuse extra time as he isn’t spending time currently with the child? What is ideal
