Toddler timings

My DS is 17 months old. Can you please let me know your rough timings for food and nap! Mine is all out of sync and I can't seem to get it on track!

My DS wakes up early most around 6 to 6.3am today it was before 6am. He had his milk at 6.30ish and then breakfast at 8am. He doesn't normally eat much breakfast. He then had a snack around 10.30am and went down for his nap at 11.30am. It is now 1.50pm and he is still asleep. I will have to wake him at 2pm (as already this is a 7.30pm bedtime for us). It means by the time he is awake, nappy changed he isn't eating lunch until 2.30pm! It is ridiculous. Far too late!!! He then has his dinner at 5.30/6pm.

Should I move breakfast earlier? And then give him lunch at 11 before his nap? When I go to baby groups that finish at 11ish he normally falls sleep in the car on the way back so would struggle to give him lunch before his nap? Is a late lunch ok? Or should I do two larger snacks? I'm just not sure what to do! The timings just don't sit right with me but I'm not sure how to shift it! I'm probably over thinking it but wanted some idea of schedules when your toddler is down to 1 long nap.

(He also doesn't sleep through the night and seems to be a toddler that doesn't need much sleep despite being active all day!)

Similar age DS. Usually wakes between 6.30 and 7am, cup of milk when wakes. Breakfast at 7.30. Lunch depends on our schedule that day and how tired he is - sometimes it's 11.30am lunch and then he naps after, other days (like today) it's nap first then lunch after. He's only just woke up so is eating lunch at 2pm, I'll only give him a small snack this afternoon now. Dinner at 6pm, bedtime at 7.30ish.

We do breakfast around 7ish, sometimes earlier, snack 930/10, lunch 11.30/12ish and nap 1230-230/3/330. Snack at 3pm or whenever wakes if later. Dinner at 5, bath at 6, bed by 730.

If we have a baby class late morning I try to keep him awake by walking home or giving him a snack in the buggy. I don't drive - not sure how you would keep him awake in the car, sorry!
