LO turns three months today, i've been noticing lately that he's been foaming a little more at the mouth, but put that down to perhaps aptamils change in formula, although i sometimes use their ready to go bottles, does anyone know if they're the updated formula already? i had a few of the aptamil boxes of the OLD formula, but unsure if the ready to go ones are the new ones, they don't state they are on the packaging, so i'm unsure if it's the milk or if it could be teething as DS wants to take everything to his mouth and bites down as opposed to sucking.

last night he developed a fever and started to cry uncontrollably, we were about to give him a bath and he started to scream, we put it down to a cold as he was warm in his sleep suit, so rushed to put him into his bath, which he usually loves and consoles him, but he wouldn't stop crying!

when we got him out of the bath and dried him up, DM noticed that his eyes seemed to cross together almost as if they were looking at the tip of his nose, somethings he's never done! and we noticed this twice last night, is it from being ill and the fever?

he fed at 23:00 and it's 05:30 now he usually doesn't last until 4:30/5:00 to feed at night, but isn't waking up, i woke him to feed him, his eyes closed and half asleep but feeding well, but i'm worried he didn't wake himself and me to feed as usually does.

now i'm seriously worried. i'm taking him to the gp tomorrow first thing in the morning, but for peace of mind until then, as i've not slept much, does anyone know what this sounds like?

Personally at 12 weeks old I would be going to A&E now. Not waiting for a GP appointment. A fever and not waking up for a feed isn't something to be waiting around for a GP appointment. Hope little one is OK.

With babies 3 months or under with a fever not obviously tied to vaccines, I would do A and E.
Good luck OP.
