Seeking some advice.
I have two children. Eldest is 4 and youngest is 10 months.
I often find myself loosing my temper to quick, or raising my voice when it is not needed.
I talk to my 4 year old as if she was ten. And I forget she is still little and I should be speaking to her in a better way for her age.
I find I have no 1 to 1 time with her as I’m always attending my youngest. So she entertains herself which makes me feel guilty.
I feel like my days are just the same and boring.
I don’t drive and my eldest hates public transport so days out are limited.
I am glad she has nursery as I feel that’s the only place she really has fun and is filled with things to do!!
I feel like a moody mum and I’m sure my kids probably think it too.

Not sure what advice I’m asking for really. Other than how do I get out this mindset and speak better to my kids? Or better so How do I be a better parent
