dd (18 months) won't stop shouting..

she is perfectly healthy, happy, etc, but really really LOUD. She shouts all the time (not in a crying way, just noise), and it gets so bad i spend all my time apologising for her, which DH gets really annoyed about because after all she is just a baby.

It is really stressful, and even my sister (a nanny for 15 years ) can no longer cope with her, so she is in a nursery for the 3 days i work. I love her to bits, but dread going ANYWHERE, meals out are a nightmare., and ina few weeks we are going on holiday- it's afour hour flight and i am dreading it.

A doctor has suggested it may be a problem with her ears ,but we have yet to get her checked.

Any advice (apologies if this has copped up before, and that this is so long).
