Is it chicken pox? Just had scarlett fever

My boy had scarlett fever about a week ago. He wasn't his usual self, and then got a high temp, fever, slept for 14 hours, and then got a skin rash.

After about 3-4 days he was roughly back to his usual self. His temp came down and the rash was dissapearing. I read that it's usual for the skin to start to peel. It's not peeling, but I'd say it's flaking in areas.

I've noticed a handful of spots on his body 2 days ago. They seem blistery to me. He seems to be trying to itch them (but also probably the flakey skin from the scarlet fever). He's had another nap today which he doesn't normally have (he's 4yo) but other than that... He's his normal self. I'd say there's only about 10 spots. There's not many.

They look like chicken pox to me. Identical to my experience of them. My two were covered though. Did he just get 10ish and never anymore? How long has he had then exactly?

I just noticed them Sunday night / Monday morning. A few more have popped up today but not many. In total I'd say he has about 15ish spots.

My dd had scarlet fever and then chicken pox about two weeks later, so definitely possible! Hope he is not too poorly
