Hi there.
This is a very long story, so will try and shorten it!
There was a no contact order granted in the family courts . Meaning my ex husband can not have contact with his children. Social services etc were all involved but tbh didn't do a good job (should have made a complaint). So we continued with cafcass and got a private order (not public). The order is for no contact.
Now my question is, if my ex husband goes on to have further children with another woman would social services be alerted?
Thank you

Why was an order for no contact made?

Domestic abuse, drug using and parental poor mental health.

Unless a new woman requests a Claire’s Law disclosure on him, I don’t think any SW or authorities would make her aware unless he becomes violent or a risk to her. Is he under criminal justice SW supervision? Like probation?
Anyway, be glad the order is for no contact and don’t concern yourself with him or any future partners. He will move on though, I can guarantee you that.

Thanks for your reply. My concern wasn't regarding another lady but regarding him having more children. If they would receive any protection. I think if it was public law it would be different .
I think he's on probation but I'm not 100 ,% sure tbh.
I didn't know if it would be flagged up if he's named as a father?
